Because of recent growth, a new position exists for a Savvy Bookkeeper to work alongside our Estimator / Quantity Surveyor and Operations Manager, taking control of the accounting side of the monthly processing of all progress claims and helping with arranging pricing all variations ahead of work starting. It will be a diverse and busy role that will grow over time and allow the successful applicant to broaden their skills and grow as the company grows.

This is a multi-faceted role where we need a jack of all trades! You will be responsible for all accounting functions within the organisation, from payroll to P&L to petty cash and everything in between. You will have an innate understanding of the general ledger, month end reporting and tax returns and love getting your hands dirty managing our accounts payable, receivable and debt collection functions.

We are looking for a “yes” person, someone who isn’t afraid to roll with changes as we grow, including the implementation of a new ERP system tailored to our client’s industry. Therefore you will be extremely systems savvy in both ERP packages and you MUST have a solid understanding of Excel and MYOB to be considered for this role.

You have tenacity, an eye for detail, are fussy and meticulous when it comes to finance and don’t accept anything less than the best.
