Silverline Projects Limited can be engaged to deliver a full Turnkey Package or to undertake individual elements as may be required. Our team members have extensive past experience in providing the following goods and services professionally and cost effectively.

Project Management

  • Identify client specific needs, requirements and restraints
  • Evolve Concepts and refine designs
  • Provide site specific tender documentation
  • The actioning and assessment of the  tender process
  • Establish budgets, Cost analysis and Cost management
  • Programming of the works
  • Quality assessment
  • Managing the works through to completion
  • Performance reporting  and reviews
  • Ensure that Insurances required are in place
  • Monitor Health and Safety compliance
  • Liaise with malls & landlords
  • Provide a full no obligation tender for proposed work

 Shopfitting & construction work

  • Offer a nationwide Shopfitting service
  • Supply specialist site labour  and undertake related construction work
  • Supply specialist supplied goods and Shopfittings
  • Employ and manage all specialist subcontractors  required for the works
  • Deliver complete projects including Shop Fit-outs , Commercial  Refurbishment  and Maintenance
  • Undertake  work in accordance with local authority requirements
  • Manufacture Shopfronts as required including glazing , signage and access doors
  • Deliver on- time trading including all insurance and Health  & Safety requirements
  • Supply local authority documentation required for completed work
  • Liaise and interact with designers, malls, landlord and councils throughout the works

 Site surveys

  • Visit the site to assess conditions and specifics
  • Identify category one services and requirements
  • Site measure to confirm footprint
  • Provide client feedback relating to site  location and suitability
  • Provide pictures to identify the site and any specifics
  • Arrange access to site via landlord

 Building Consent Management

  • Submit consent applications to local authorities
  • Arrange for fire reports
  • Arrange for engineering reports and designs as required
  • Monitor and assist the consent process
  • Source information required by local authority
  • Arrange for council inspections as required for the work
  • Notify documentation required for the  issuing of COC or Certificate of Public Use

 Joinery, fixtures and fitting requirements

  • We will review designs and offer input regarding  refinement considered necessary
  • Normally three established  and  reputable joiners will be invited to price joinery requirements
  • Joinery elements may be supplied by different joiners to achieve the most favourable outcome
  • On time delivery and the best quality will be paramount when appointing joinery suppliers

 Mall and landlord liaison

  • Landlord requirements will be established and compliance noted
  • Site drawings will be reviewed and specifics noted
  • A pre-start meeting will be held to present credentials and requirements
  • Protocols will be established relating to site access, working times, hoardings, lease lines etc.
  • Health and safety and specific site requirements will be identified
  • Cat 1 works when landlord’s obligation will be finalised.
  • The site will be officially taken possession of once signed and accepted by Silverline Projects Ltd
  • On-going liaison with the mall will continue through the duration of the fit-out 

 Turnkey Projects

  • The one-stop shop. This is when all the above goods and services are applied to the works thereby allowing continuity through from design to completion and trading.
